Parapet Wall Usage

Parapet walls and hand rails present special flashing challenges.

Start process by applying a high quality building paper.

Next, apply the GS Flex Corners. GS Flex "A" pieces are used as inside corners while the GS Flex "B" pieces are used as outside corners.

Water proof membrane is applied starting at the lowest area and moving upwards.

Notice the simple methods and cuts that are used.

No "Origami" cuts and folds; no butterfly strips are necessary.

These corners are beautifully flashed. They are very strong and durable as well.

Column Usage

Building paper is applied starting low and working high.

GS Flex "B" corners are applied on all four corners.

GS Flex "B" corners are durable and tough. They protect the outside corners from damage during the course of construction as well as effectively flash difficult areas.

Water proof membrane flashing is applied on top of the GS Flex corners.

This column looks great and is very water proof.
