Reports are created with photographs that document the problems discovered. Photographs like these have assisted builders in understanding the problems at hand and the solutions necessary.

This steel framed commercial building leaked when we applied water to the backer rod and sealant joint around the window.

This commercial building utilized a barrier type EIFS wall system. The barrier created was not a solid one, resulting in water entering the building.

This window was installed without sealant behind the nail fin, despite assurances by the installers that all windows had sealant.

Commercial buildings with odd shaped windows present challenges; however the methodology TLS Labs utilizes still work to discover leaks no matter what shape the window systems are.

This cracked nail fin allowed large volumes of water to enter the home. Inspection revealed it was cracked during installation of the window.

This EIFS wall system on a commercial building had problems with the expansion joint interface to the window system.

This window did not leak however the fur nail adjacent to the window allowed water to enter the wall system. The contractor had identified the window as leaking and was looking at window replacement which was unnecessary.

Custom homes often have very expensive, unique windows. This expensive bow window systems leaked because it was not correctly flashed and sealed to the wall system.
