JOB SITE TESTING
Water testing during the course of construction (Third Party Inspections). Reports are created with photographs that document the problems discovered. Photographs like these within our reports have assisted builders in understanding the problems at hand and the solutions necessary.
WATER TESTING AND INVESTIGATIONS-COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
TLS Laboratories routinely provides water testing and investigation services to professional builders that want to test their projects during construction to ensure their methods and materials work correctly.
We use ASTM E 1105, AAMA 502, AAMA 511 and AAMA 501 routinely as our testing references. All of our team members come from the field and have many years of industry experience. (No Simply Booksmart Geeks here! :->) .

Gene Summy is an ICC Building Inspector and Licensed California B1 General Building Contractor. Gene specializes in Windows, Doors, and Wall systems. Window and door flashing, especially recessed window flashing, is a specialty of Gene’s. Gene holds 3 patents for flashing systems endorsed by The Fortifiber Building Systems Group. His methods are specified by many of the nations largest architects.

APPROVING PRODUCT SELECTION
Builders send windows and doors to TLS Laboratories for approval prior to accepting a bid. Builders have learned the value of getting bids from qualified suppliers. Simply going with the lowest bid can be a recipe for disaster. We ensure that the windows and doors being quoted meet stringent performance requirements prior to a builder accepting a bid.
